After we relocated a few years ago, both of us inevitably unpacked and found stray copies of previous SSR releases, as well as materials to produce a few more. We've decided to take this opportunity to celebrate the return of SSR with several temporary reinstatements, which use backstock of empty cases/sleeves with current generation duplicated/printed CD-Rs. There are a very limited amount of all such reinstatements, so collectors are encouraged to act quickly, as proper factory-pressed reissues of any older SSR titles may be quite a while away. As these have moved several hundred miles on top of weathering years in storage, some jewel cases have slight scratches or signs of general shelf wear - for this reason, we have offered these items at a reduced sale price.

ABOUT THIS ITEM: This compilation was the only such release that we ever issued at SSR, and was released to highlight many of our friends and influences at the time, many of whom would also issue full-length recordings at our INSTALL imprint. This release includes mostly exclusive tracks from Brian Grainger, David Tagg, Adam Pacione, Seht, Heptangular (aka Wordsalad / Blind Slime), Eluder (aka Electricwest), Dan Crall, Ophibre, The White Star Line, Ourson, The Caretaker (aka James Kirby / V/Vm) and VCV. We have exactly SIX copies presented using the original cases and printed matter, with newly duplicated CD-Rs inside, making this an incredibly limited second edition release. Since it is a compilation, we have respectfully declined to offer any material besides our own for digital sale alongside this brief reissue, but purchase of this CD does come with a single-track download of the VCV recording present: "Improvisation For Organ & Guitar" which was an outtake from our HD 98618 session.
